AC-DRIVE POWER

The electric RXV uses AC power allowing for greater reliability and substantial energy savings.  The AC Drive, in tandem with the unique full-time regenerative braking system and the Powerwise QE Charger, enable the RXV to operate as much as 30 % more efficiently than competing vehicles.

 

13 HP KAWASAKI ENGINE

The all-new 13-hp Kawasaki engine in our gas-powered RXV car packs a major punch.  With a bigger cylinder and lower RPM, it has improved fuel economy and less noise.  52% better MPG.

 

ALL-AROUND VEHICLE PROTECTION

A new, bigger front bumper covers much of the front suspension and can withstand an impact of five (5) mph without any damage.  The front, side and rear bumper system offer long life and better vehicle protection and the body color is molded in to allow for easy repair, provide more chemical resistance and better protection against fading.  The underbody, battery tray and seat are all protected from corrosion to ensure a lifetime of performance.

REVOLUTIONARY BRAKING SYSTEM

The electric RXV features a fail-safe redundant braking system, with both electric and mechanical brakes, to ensure that the vehicle’s brakes will operate even if power is lost.  The “drive-by-wire” electronic speed control automatically brakes on steep grades and the parking brake automatically locks when the vehicle stops.  The RXV runs longer between charges, powers through rounds more quickly and smoothly and keeps its driver and passengers safer.

 

THE GOLFER’S EXPERIENCE

An automotive-style A arm suspension with coil-over spring shock provides for a smooth, comfortable ride.  A spacious seat is accompanied by ergonomically placed cup, ball and tee holders,  and deep storage boxes and the bag well accommodates the largest golf bags.  A simplified key switch, automatic speed control and an automatic parking brake (electric car) allow golfers to worry less about getting to the next shot, and more about taking it.
